We are hosting our first annual car show supporting Gavin’s Gift of Grace which is a non-profit organization created in honor of Gavin Grant Gouldie, who passed unexpectedly on May 17th, 2018. GGG provides care packages and other forms of support to families grieving the loss of a child.  Every family has their own story and needs.  Our goal is to listen to each story and customize our support to fit your needs.

Festivities start at 11am on December 3, 2022 located at the 

Cart Castle at 111 CR 214, Liberty Hill TX 78642

• Car viewing & voting: Viewing start at 11am. AWARDS ANNOUNCED BETWEEN 2:30 AND 2:45 PM CATEGORIES:  (CATEGORIES SUBJECT TO CHANGE-WILL HAVE MINIMUM OF 5)

• Winter Wonderland Market Place: OPEN 11 AM UNTIL 3 PM
• Pictures with Santa on a Golf Cart:  $5.00 per picture OPEN 11 AM LAST PICTURE AT 2:30 PM - DONATE A NEW UN-WRAPPED TOY FOR WILLIAMSON COUNTY BROWN SANTA OR A NON-PERISHABLE FOOD ITEM TO OPERATION LIBERTY HILL AND GET A FREE PICTURE! WITH SANTA!

The Car Show will be held on Saturday, December 03, 2022, at the 

CART CASTLE at 111 CR 214, Liberty Hill TX 78642!

SPECTATOR PARKING IS AT ROCKPOINTE CHURCH ACROSS THE STREET ON 214, EXISTING FOOD TRUCK VENDORS ARE ACROSS FROM QT & CART CASTLE - FOOD TRUCKS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH EVENT.  **SPECIAL THANK YOU TO ROCKPOINTE CHURCH FOR ASSISTING!

The show itself will open from 11 am until 3 pm

Gates open at 8 am for REGISTERED CARS & VENDOR SETUP, PLEASE BE SET UP AND IN PLACE NO LATER THAN 10:30 AM!

AT THIS TIME WE ARE ALLOWING FOR APPROXIMATELY 100 REGISTERED CAR SPACES. 

WE MAY BE ADDING MORE BEHIND THE BUILDING FOR THOSE WHO ARE OK PARKING IN A DIRT FIELD, I.E.  4X4 VEHICLES, JEEPS, TRUCKS ETC. WE WILL ASSESS THIS A FEW WEEKS PRIOR TO EVENT AND UPDATE THE WEBSITE WITH THAT INFORMATION.

There are several ways to register your vehicle(s) and pay for your space for the Car Show.

We suggest that you pre-register to be confirmed a space. These methods will be open until November 30th at 5 pm or until we notify all of spaces being sold out.

Ongoing during event:

Brown Santa Collection Site:  (Bring a New toy unwrapped for a free picture with Santa, https://www.wilco.org/brownsanta for more details on their program)

Operation Liberty Hill - (Bring non-perishable food items for a free picture with Santa, https://www.operationlh.org/ for more details on their program) Food Donation Guidelines

Non-Perishable Items:

•  Nothing more than 2 years past their 'Best by' date.
•  No severally dented or rusty cans
•  If you want to donate several items it's easiest to donate all of the same items, e.g., 12 cans of corn

They Do Not to Accept:

• Glass items
•  Extremely dented or rusty cans
•  Previously opened items
•  Unlabeled food items (ingredients must be displayed and must have a 'Best by' date)
•  Homemade foods (canned, cooked, baked)

PROCEEDS: Proceeds from the event benefit Gavin’s Gift of Grace, a volunteer-driven nonprofit organization, whose mission is providing care packages and other forms of support to families grieving the loss of a child. Gavin’s Gift of Grace is a TX 501c3 registered organization so your donation is tax deductible (EIN 83-0742571). http://www.gavinsgiftofgrace.org/ 

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT:  In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, by execution of an entry form.  I hereby release and discharge Gavin’s Gift of Grace, Gearing for Gavin, Cart Castle, 3-D Realty Group @ Coldwell Banker Realty, and all other sponsors and/or affiliates of Gearing for Gavin and their officers, employees, directors, agents and representatives and anyone else connected with the management, promotion or presentation of Gearing for Gavin from any and all known or unknown damages, injuries or losses, judgments and /or claims from any cause that may be suffered by any entrant, participant to his or her person or property. Further, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all the foregoing entities, firms, persons and bodies from any and all liability occasioning, occurring or resulting from the conduct of any entrant, participant or spectators assisting or cooperating with entrant under the direction or control of entrant. Further, I agree that any photos or videos of myself or my property as a result of this event may be used promotionally or for sale.
